Earlier in Spring, Levi’s® introduced their first Commuter™ line for women (read my original post here). Promising functional clothing for cyclists, the Levi’s® Commuter™ collection has performance and iconic style. Featuring water-resistant fabric, 3M™ reflective details, and deeper back pockets for secure storage, I'm following up to show you what they look like after two seasons of wear and really give my stamp of approval. I love when denim starts to wear in, and I'm pleased that the quality of the zipper, pockets and button held up like new. Although I can only speak about the wear of their denim, they have outerwear, pants, and tops and if the shorts are any reflection of the rest of the line, the other pieces won't disappoint. Shop the entire Commuter collection here.
I'm super excited to announce that I'm a Levi's Commuter Ambassador for the new Women's line that just released. I was sent the denim shorts and I'm loving them! The fabric is incredibly strong with a high waisted cut so I'm not worried about showing off the booty or ripping my pants on a ride. You can either wear them rolled down for a longer look or show off the reflectivity by creating a cuff. Also in the box was a limited edition Brooks England Cambium C17 Saddle made using recycled denim! Am-az-ing. Krys Blakemore designed the small pin that I put on the tote who drew her inspiration from her daily ride and reminds her of sunsets/sunrises over the East Hudson River, so cute! A keychain, stickers and a note were also included. Check the photos to see more. Next post I'll be showing you guys more of what the shorts look when I'm on a ride. Huge thanks to Anna Maria for allowing me to be apart of this awesome project!
Here are the exact specs on the shorts from Levi's:
Climate Control with lightweight and breathable fabric
Stretch and Reinforcement for comfort and durability
Higher Back Rise for increased coverage
Water and Dirt Repellent to stay clean and dry
3M Reflectivity for safe rides at night
Earlier this month I had the opportunity to photograph the official images for the Puma x ICNY Faas 100 "Heartbreaker" shoe that released this past weekend. The great guys at ICNY trusted me to create their vision for the very first shoe collab they have ever done and I'm very thankful they allowed me to be apart of this exciting step. I'm happy to hear that they sold out this weekend and the next round will be available to the public on Valentines day!

A Ma Maniére Announces the Official Launch of It’s Inaugural Fashion Collection
A Ma Maniére is proud to present its eponymous cut and sewn label designed by Denesh Group. The New York City-based fashion house showcases its signature aesthetic in the inaugural 2014 Fall/Winter collection by marrying contemporary silhouettes with high end materials such as Italian lambskin, brushed nylon, and polished gold Riri zippers. Like its name, A Ma Maniére presents luxury for the individual, not the crowd
The namesake collection builds upon the pillars, values and aesthetics that have been established by the recently opened A Ma Maniére brick-and-mortar imprint in Atlanta. Translating elements from the shop’s elevated in-store experience and build-out, the pieces emphasize design details and offer a premium selection of leathers and textiles that characterize the entire collection.
Cinch bottom jogger pants see an elevated approach via panels of leather pieces that run along the inside leg inseam. Elsewhere, the tonal, black-on-black aesthetic is carried over to elongated outerwear pieces that pair hits of leather across the shoulders with black fabric along the body. The collection is rounded out by tees that see hits of tonal mesh paneling that runs across the lower hem, effectively providing an elongated cut as well as a subtle tech fabric infusion.
The special collection is now available exclusively through A Ma Maniére’s brick-and-mortar location as well as through their online website at http://a-ma-maniere.com

This edition of Essentials features James Whitner, owner of boutiques Social Status, A Ma Maniere and A.P.B. Coming from a rough area in Pittsburgh, it took James Whitner a brush with death before he broke out of the poverty he was surrounded by. With a longstanding affinity for footwear and street culture, Whitner moved to Charlotte, North Carolina to pursue his passion in fashion. As a result, Social Status was born. Originally a denim brand, Whitner expanded the company into a clothing store, and since 2006, has diverse onto seven other outposts. For his Essentials, James carries around accessories from his in-house collection, alongside a collaborative sneaker with New Balance. A passport is needed for frequent buying trips to Paris, London and Japan, while an iPhone and MacBook Pro is needed for any creative who looks to stay productive while traveling.

Wish Atlanta is excited to announce their latest project, a collaboration with none other than adidas Originals and their new showcase silhouette, the SL Loop Runner. Dubbed "Independent Currency", Wish Atlanta infused elements of the elusive and rare $2 Bill, paying homage to America's Independence Day. The toe cap, eyelets, and pull tab add great contrast with hits of dark green and mint suede. One of the first releases of its kind, the SL Loop "Independent Currency" will be available exclusively at Wish on July 4th, and other top-tier adidas Originals accounts on July 11th.
It was a packed, sweaty and badass room full of yogis today for the Patrick Beach weekend workshop at Tough Love Yoga. Swiftly walking through a room full of handstands and backbends, I managed to capture of few key moments of Day 3 that reflected this room of strong people.
